lol there are plenty of protected witnesses living both in Mexico and the US, a lot are prisoners.....Many narcos in Mexico turn into witnesses, and these are people who were close, even blood ties, and they aren't all dismembered and murdered. If they know who you are, they will try to go after your family. It's not like the moves though. The Flores twins, Pedro and Margarito were two of Chapo/Mayo's heavy hitters in Chicago, their Dad got murdered in Sinaloa, because of their cooperation. They never found the body. Chino Antrax BM got killed in Culiacan too, maybe because of his alleged cooperation.
