They had been going after Antrax/Zambada for a while, Chino's arrest was the result of at least a 2 year prior investigation...They also had Serafin Zambada Ortiz, who cooperated as well. Chapo was captured only like 2 months after Chino was, it's unlikely he cooperated until later in the year. And, Chino was Antrax/Zambada family inner circle, that's a different team then Guzman Loera family, though they def. have dirt on each other. Look up Operation Narco Polo if you are interested, thats the case that caught Chapo Guzman more or less, it began in South Carolina in October 2011, and ended in Jan. 2015 in San Diego, over 60 people indicted. You can also look up Chino's plea agreement, it's pretty obvious he talked, also the fact he will be possibly only looking at a 10 year sentence is pretty much confirmation.
