Firstly the definition of snitching needs be addressed...

A lot of nikkas who won't snitch have nothing to lose I guess.

It's survival of the fittest and smartest. IF and that's IF...cooperating can get you a lesser sentence....you'd be a fool to not jump on it. But that would need be established with attorney's involvement.

There's two type nikkas in prison: Those who wished they snitched and those who didn't have anyone to snitch on.

But again the words "snitch" and "cooperate" need be separated.

Snitching is just giving info that's really not going to help you any way.

nope, and i was actually involved in a real life situation regarding this subject.

and from the shyt i've witnessed, a lot of nikkas who snitched haven't been to jail/prison before and don't know/ aren't familiar with how the system work, and i guess the police scare these nikkas into tricking..

but i had already been to prison, and even thou i didn't want to go back, i knew the situation i was in was so bogus that even if they did decide to put that case on me, i was gonna beat it regardless.

This is important too. Most of the time snitching involves you admitting you were involved. I caught a charge because of a snitch, but when it went to trial he plead the 5th. It was some wack shyt where when he got picked up they told him that I ratted him out. Eventually he got a lawyer, saw the discovery (this chick ratted him out), and did the right thing. It was a good day for me...

what was criminal in the past is no longer illegal now, and what's illegal now may not be so in the future.


nikkas used to hustle Beer during prohibition, yeah it was illegal but would u really consider someone who sells beer a criminal? Whether back then or now? fukk the law breh.
