Would you support a movement to get Obama elected to a 3rd term?

I don't have a problem with him but I don't think you should be able to serve more then two terms consecutively if he wants to run in 2020 I think it should be legal to do that.
This seems fair as long as its separated by another presidency of someone not directly related to you by blood.

Not sure I agree with that part what if they are related and they are both great presidents.

Then you run the risk of monarchies and certain families straight up taking over the presidency. Yes I'm aware that that's dangerously close to what could happen in the US right now considering Hillary might win and there was already a Bush father and son presidency.

Donald Trump is leading in GOP polls. I wouldn't trust the electorate with the keys to my car let alone the keys to the Oval Office.
I didn't say I trusted them but we are in a representative democracy or republic or whatever people want to call it.

Imagine if Michelle Obama ran and got elected, leading to four more (maybe eight) years of Obama in the White House . :wow:

I think you'd literally have some of these people committing suicide :heh:

2 terms is long enough.... you have to be careful what you wish for... if the limit were 3 terms we might have had 12 years of bush... how would that have worked out for the world...

Then that would have been our fault for electing him to a third term. WE control the government.

And yes I know Bush literally bullied his way into two elections, but the voting shouldn't even have been that close to make cheating relevant. He should have lost by a landslide.

If I wanted to live in a dictatorship with changing term limits, I'd move back to Russia.

Just because you like this current President doesn't mean we should set a precedent and change the term limits for him. They are there for a reason. Flip the script and ask the same question as if Bush was still in office. Now, do you still want more than two term limits?

I think whoever we vote into office deserves to be in the office. Government serves at the will of the people. I think we should be able to elect someone to as many terms as we want. If someone is a great leader let's keep them in their lane. If not, vote 'em out.

I don't have a problem with him but I don't think you should be able to serve more then two terms consecutively if he wants to run in 2020 I think it should be legal to do that.

What if it was a family of great leaders who significantly improved society?

I would vote for Michelle over Clinton, Bush, and Trump.

Between this and your revelation that Apple produces in China, I'm worried for you, breh.

:ld:

If Barry tried to override the law of the land for a 3rd term, there would be a civil war in this country.

:whew:
