My great grandfather just turned 101, walking, can still pick up my hungry ass 21 pound 1 year old, can still expressively talk. And I really don't think he'll die before 105 honestly, and EVERYBODY loves him, and gives their support (not that he needs much)

And my aunt lives with him so he really does have have true help when he needs it, that's how I'm going out, in my own home with my own family, and making it viable and stress free for my family to take care of me

I wonder these 100 yr old folks would be like if they incorporated exercise, cardio and weights?
