If it's a university/college type setting where we work in completely separate departments that have no bearing or impact on the other's affairs? I.E. we would never cross paths unless we met for lunch? Yeah.

I've seen it in a couple large companies that I've worked at. One was a situation where the couple was in two completely separate buildings and rarely saw each other. It still kinda went sideways because the wife liked the attention she was getting after her weight loss, and used to prance around in our building in her tight skirts and heels. But when her husband, who was one of the IT directors, would show up, she walked like a Catholic nun lol.... She used to try and throw rhythm at me on occasion, and I never knew she was married until the old head who worked in the mailroom told me. Not that I was gonna move on it tho
