Wu-Tang was one of the last Hip Hop groups that was worthy of getting hyped about.
i'm gonna keep in 100...if Wu and Biggie were dropping albums today, 80% of rappers would be flipping burgers.

One reason was no over saturation. This was before the net was large and every body could access WU shyt whenever. People were excited from the marketing of the album WU Forever and they felt the song.

I find it really crazy when people say this... Music (just like art) is separated by periods. These periods depend on many factors. No period in music has lasted forever...... These periods repeat themselves. We are in the period of primitivism (galant style) Pleasure in simple lyrics/ melodies
