Is this dumping on Sting or TNA? Feels more like a dump on TNA and WCW. After all that propaganda from last night, this bs retrospective narrative they're going to sell is that WCW was a "Developmental league" company and that if you're there, you weren't a major attraction.......although that d league was kicking the e's ass for a long long long time and for a while had the much better product and the bigger stars but hey, why let the facts get in the way of a good story?
Yea he acts like he wasn't almost forced to close shop because of those guys and the only reason he didn't was because WCW was a bunch of idiots that fukked shyt up for themselves

Basically. WWF eventually did have the better product but it was their superior product and hype machine coupled with the ineptitude of the people in charge at WCW that ultimately put them out of business. But to dump on an organization that had so many legends doing legendary work all for the placation of his ego is insane

Classic!

Why the hell don't they sell those DX shirts on wweshop? :snoop:

That bugs me out. Shawn mentioned those merchandise checks that he gets which sent me right to wwe shop to look for the classic shirt that he's rocking in that picture but of course it ain't there. Mine that I got when I was a kid from a raw in baltimore is faded and since I was going through my "muscle shirt" phase, it has no sleeves :russ: it'd be nice to rock it for something besides workout purposes

You can't shyt on shyt.

Sting is overrated as hell and nWo AND DX were more important than he. Sting just got the rub from the Kliq again, just like he did in 97.

EFF STING :camby:

my nikka u have ZERO idea what your talking about. You must be one of these new nikkas who act like they watched wrestling back in the day.

first of all, yeah obviously agree..

but secondly, how can WWE induct these WCW guys as HOFs...acknowledge them as legends and bring them out associated with WCW then say WCW was minor? "Oh Sting in the minors...*out comes Hall, Nash and Hogan*" :skip: its annoying as fukk for how they either A) completely disregard WCW past or B) bring it up but just say WWF made them first and they brought "their act" down south. i honestly get mad as a former wcw stan :wow:

Diminish Sting? Bet his bank account ain't diminished after that match and the merch comes in from those Sting masks :whew:
:comeon:
not diminish Sting in the pockets but his draw. Who wants to see sting at survivor series now that he lost his only match and McMahon is saying he never was shyt. spose to enhance the acts not cut them off at the knee to amuse yourself. bnut look who I'm talking about

lotta sting jealousy. tryna rewrite the fact sting was the guy in a company that was kicking ass still hurts, i see.

for as good a performer as shawn was, we're not gonna act like he was THE guy at its height. that was rock/austin. sting taking on the entire nwo and carrying a storyline when nitro was trashing raw is still a thing in stamford, i see. :sas2:

You know how they say that when people lose purpose in life they die? What if waiting to shyt on Sting at Mania was the one thing keeping Vince here? :ohhh:

I can see him having the Yoda/Luke deathbed conversation with Hunter, before exhaling one last time and disappearing, leaving behind a suit jacket with overly broad shoulders and a line of cocaine.

Then he'd turn up as a 'Force Ghost' backstage on Raw the next week, asking Hunter if he's making Roman look strong.
