It's just that NY cats tend to be the loudest mofos bragging and boasting about NY or their boroughs as if telling someone from another place "i'm from Brooklyn" is supposed to be some command to stand down and shut up.
Just because you talk a lot about fighting doesn't mean you are the best fighter. Maybe it's the attitude you had to adopt in order to survive in your environment, but you mofos take the word arrogance to a whole new level. Ive observed that among blacks from New York and whites from Texas. Some sort of sense of entitlement and superiority. Blacks from Chicago are starting to be on that shyt too.
