I've always found personal trainers to be the absolute biggest waist of money unless you are an elite level athlete. What can a trainer at a LA or Anytime tell you that google cant?
Well you are brushing with a broad brush. Hard to say all trainers and then boil your perspective down to big box gyms.

Also the client ultimately dictates how good the trainer can be. Let them keep running you through the same bullshyt, don’t supplement with additional training..........you fukked up.

A personal trainer is the best investment you can make. Just like learning an instrument: yeah you can YouTube how to play the guitar, but someone teaching you with experience is much more effective and quicker.

I made quicker gains having a PT motivating me and teaching me. It’s not the same as watching a video or reading books.
