Short to me (for a guy) is anything 5'6" and under, and even that 5'6" is pushing it.

I'm only 5'9 and I've never had a problem pulling girls. If you're decent looking, have some game, dress nice, in shape, and not below 5'6 then you should be good. That being said I would be if I was really short.
