This makes that TJ Hockenson trade look even more like a fleece job from us (Lions). Paying a massive contract to a TE while anticipating massive deals for Kirk and Jefferson was insane. Now they've lost Kirk and Jefferson is prob gone soon too.
I'm not even saying it because I'm a Lions fan but man...Vikings' GM prob getting fired within a couple years. Seems like a great dude but from what I've read his drafts have been bad and he has botched these re-signings.

It will however see if he can turn up materially the coming seasons like Mega or maintain the consistency like an Evans

Because he doesn't line up in the slot during the majority of his snaps? Pretty simple. Comparing him to Megatron is insane obviously but dismissing him as the slot guy is simply not true.
