Yeah... by 2009 the writing was on the wall that they were done with his push. When they teamed him up with Henry, I knew it was over. Not because it was a bad team but they put him with someone who was always willing to do the job, and that was pretty much all that team did.
Lashley should've and probably would've, but he left cause of his girl... so he ended that for himself. I get the feeling wrestling just wasn't for him, cause it's not like he ever seemed to care too much about it after he left the E. The TNA run was half hearted, then he went into MMA, so I don't get the vibe that it was really his passion or anything like that.
Kennedy was just one fukkup after another. I definitely thought he'd be doing big things in the E, but between injuries, injuring others, and the steroid shyt, 2007-2009 just killed him. He'd be doin the job for all the new stars right now if he had stayed... Val Venis 2005 status.
