Besides the goofy ass promos, their biggest mistake was bringing Bryan back at the Rumble. He didn't start getting heavy boos until then and after. Bryan being in the Rumble served no purpose because they had him thrown out by Wyatt and didn't even make a big deal out of it. They didn't even do Reigns and Bryan at the end like a lot of people thought, they give us that stupid shyt with The Rock which might be the most awkward ending ever. Could have announced Bryan closer to Mania or for Fastlane.

Reigns is a distraction so everyone can focus and shyt on him while HHH and Stephanie can position themselves as the stars of the show. No way they would ever handle someone they're serious about the way they're handling him. This dude is going to face Big Show on PPV in Chicago smh

This is the type of shyt that kills me about WWE...you want to be known as entertainment but you still want people to listen to you and like who you want. It would have made much more sense to me if they had Bryan in the title match and Cena as the last guy Roman eliminated the Rumble. Definitely would have took some of the heat off of Reigns.
They could have even planted real seeds for Cena/Rusev too
