On the surface this isn't what people are speculating. Panda stopped financially backing them..all the checks have been coming out of nashville.
They have said they can sustain the way they run now but if they want to grow beyond this (touring, real ppv's, new talent that's worth a little extra etc.) they will need a new investor.
Basically they are looking for a replacement for Panda's money to fund their supposed '5 year plan' they've been going on about for the last while.
It's possible that it's all smoke and mirrors and they are trying to sell but again that's all speculation at this point.
To be honest everything they are saying is exactly what they should be doing if they want to gain back any ground but it wouldn't be the first time Dixie and Co. have been full of shyt.
