TYRONE GA!
Yeah in my time the only ones that are close all had prolific QBs

Marvin/Reggie (Peyton)
Torry/Isaac (Kurt)

.... Going forward tho... Alshon and Brandon could be right there

Yeah, Torry and Isaac were beasts as well. Only other combo you could make an argument for.

Nice duos. Some other duos off the topic of my head that had a few good seasons were Rod Smith/Ed McCaffery and Herman Moore/Brett Perriman

Rice/TO were underrated unit

The only reason i didn't include them because they didn't spend much time on the field togethor

TO was drafted in 96 and was the 4th receiver behind JJ Stokes (epic bust) and Iheni Uwazekay (another bust)
97 - Rice got hurt the first game and TO stepped up. Rice returned in wk 14 against denver
98 - The only year they played togethor and they both beasted. TO officially became the man in the GB playoff game.
99 - Steve young gor hurt (fukk u lawrence phillips) and our QB play the rest of the season was inept.

How so? :usure: They would have been putting up numbers with Jeff George throwing them the ball.

Not really. It took TO and few years to become TO. By that time Rice was in his late 30s. If TO came out of the gates like Moss then that would pretty much be the only duo with a chance against Moss/Carter.

the question wasn't who had the better QB it's just the production i'm looking at. numbers only no context.

Funny thing is Brady went down the next season and Moss still had a great year and Pats had a 11-5 record.Interesting debate

What is the debate exactly?

The team's record worsened by 5 games the year Brady was out despite having largely the same amount of talent.
