Rocky's got no buzz at all. But, It doesnt matter either way. That clam's/witch house style of cloud rap's played out and he dropped his last project 3 years ago. Rocky's got a blank slate artistically.
I don't know what his new album is going to sound like.
but personally, i think he should adapt to that FKA Twigs/arca aestheic while still keeping some of his 3-6/houston influences or mixing it up with Bay area G-funk. That would sound dope.

I'm not gonna act like he has a ton of buzz but to say he has zero?
I know people like myself who are anticipating this album big time. Besides, I honestly could care less about who has buzz and all that dumb hypebeast dikkrider shyt. I just want good music. Either Rocky delivers or he doesn't. That's all that matters.
just a cheap way to make money, not promoting the album only works for artists that are already popular and have put in the time to make it happen. Since Beyonce did it and Cole was able to do it, other artists think they can get away with it. The artists and their labels now are afraid to pour resources into themselves and so are trying to make this fad the norm to maximize a profit.
In my opinion all it's going to do is hold hip-hop back.
