I completely agree. But there's a difference between criticism and hate. Huge difference.
I diss K-Rino because his music is trash. and I wouldn't even give a fukk about K-Rino if it wasn't for Ruler's mentally stunted self always tagging me in his posts.
If Hammer started this thread criticizing Rocky's music, it'd be fair game. I wouldn't have said shyt to be honest, especially if his points were valid. Rocky's music isn't above criticism.

thats good, he doesnt really need a hit to do well, just something dope. if he would have saved Trillmatic for self instead of using it for a project that never came out

but yeah, the "buzz" isn't really there..we'll see the reaction when the album drops.
i don't want to say no promo release style should have always been the way but the way Cole, Kendrick and now A$AP have done where they have announced a date only a few weeks before the album drops is the way things really should have been since the rapid sales decline over the years.
indie bands been doing it for years.
release a song, give a date for the album thats not any longer than 2 months away and go to work.
i know it's harder with hip-hop albums because they have to clear samples etc but theres been way too many instances of when a rapper announces an album and we don't get it for ages..they should really keep quiet and get the album ready and then as i said, release a song and give a date for the album and go..
