WTF is CYBER VIOLENCE????

SWATTING is considered cyber violence. What's SWATTING? When someone gets access to you ip address then calls the police to your location and the call is a high risk call like an active shooter. Police have to take a call like that very serious so they send SWAT. In some cases people where actually hurt during a SWATTING incident. Sometimes the person being SWATTED is on camera and the whole thing goes down live on a streaming service called Twitch.

Once the find out it's a hoax, can't the trace the call and put the phony caller on blast?

If the caller is an amateur absolutely but if they're good and have top notch equipment to scramble a call it's tough. Some calls are even made outside the country.

Naw that's a loose definition of proof in order to support a cause. It doesn't exist. Bullying is something you can't get away from it's forced upon you, which can only happen in person. Cyber bullying doesn't exist.

This can easily happen online, and it typically happens if you know the aggressor.

Aggressors can easily be turned into victims themselves, so yes if you somehow allow yourself to become bullied by a person, then it's still bullying.
Again; what is your definition of bullying, and why do you assume 100% of cases of "cyber" bullying only occurred because the victim brought it to him/herself?
