Adults 40+ just need to dress for the occasion. If the occasion calls for you to dress casually, then do so. If the occasion calls for you to dress business casual or business professional, then do so.

Yes, you can wear sneakers @ 40+. Yes, you can wear ball caps and t shirts. I would not listen to ppl who place restrictions on your dress code. Just dress appropriately for the occasion..

Dressing age appropriate is a thing whether we want to accept it or not. Yeah, you don’t have to go dressing like Mr. Roger’s but running around dressed like Big Meech at 50+ is crazy.

Unless its something outrageous I never notice the fashion trend of other men..
