Wear whatever tf you want. These young nikkas and bytches walking around here with hoodies on in 90+ degree heat while smoking weed praying the smell cover up that musky ass funk cause they sweating to death underneath it all. I look at these youngins and just say to myself, “I know they car smell like the stuff of nightmares.”

Our parents and Grandparents dress they way they did at 40 because that's how they were dressing when they were 20.
Grandpa was rocking a suit with suspenders and the hat, when he was a teenager. He kept rocking that shyt when he was 80 and so we associated it with 80 year olds. But we aren't suddenly going to start rocking suspenders just because we hit a landmark age.
nikkas born in 85 is gonna be 80 wearing jays and sweats because that's how we always dress.

The funny part about this is that Jey and Jimmy Uso make fun of him because he doesn't know how to dress/what's in style....so he's opted for safe things that require minimal understanding of styling.

That Style OG dude has some good tips for people who can't dress....But in reality this is likely a late 50's-early 60's man who had aged out of "urban fashion" in the early 2000's....and now dresses like a J Crew ad.

Skinny to slim chinos/jeans, shoes and boots over most trainers (maybe not 574 NB legacy), single colour items, no massive logos/branding on anything, no sportswear except for gym trips.

A hugely underrated one is stop colour matching. Just because you have a red t shirt, doesn’t mean your shoes need to be red too. Use earthy tones, especially during the day. Darker at night.

Basically just look at how Europeans dress, as we have the best style.

Dressing age appropriate is a thing whether we want to accept it or not. Yeah, you don’t have to go dressing like Mr. Roger’s but running around dressed like Big Meech at 50+ is crazy.

Wear what you want lest a job pay for, I haven't worn a suit in decades, not even for a funeral, damn sure as hell not for court!

I had this conversation with my mom recently, that high falutin high paying job ain't coming (not at 47). You gonna wear a suit just so you can sell suits at Dillard's? How much they paying you for that?

In the winter, I wear two layers and sweatpants, in the summer I wear shorts and t shirt, maybe a polo.

I wear button down and slacks at the job.

I usually just wear fitted clothes and basic stuff, I have a few bespoke pieces but they are classics like a double rider leather jacket purchased 10 years ago. I stepped my fashion up in my 30s and just got quality timeless pieces. Now I stick out because I'll be the only one at a function with tailored clothes but IDGAF, I haven't worn graphic tees and polo shirts in 15 years.

Im sorry I feel dressing has more to do with body type than age,if you in shape man you can wear WHATEVER you want no matter the age,age is just a number,your body is the #1 thing to tell you what you should or should not be wearing or doing for that matter.
