Wtf is "The System" feeding nikkas in prison?

Seen a lot of prison movies and in every one of them, the prisons only got like one barbell, a bench and a couple of dumbbells.

No way prisoners are going to have access to such spare equipment regularly.

It has to be from doing a shyt ton of body weight exercises to failure or close to it every day.

Some jails don't even have weights. They use jugs of water

Kind of crazy considering they don't give you enough food to get full in there.
If you get big in jail it mean you was getting money and able to afford commissary. Either from your family, and you weren't getting it taken from you, or.....you was taking other ppl commissary

guess it depends on what you mean by a lot. you need a calorie surplus to gain weight/muscle. They don't feed you a high quantity of free food in prison/jail and the nutrition value is trash.

I remember hearing old timey prisons would force prisoners to eat large amounts of the most fattening shyt. Beat the fukk out of them and torture them daily then be like “look at our fat fukking prisoners, can’t say we aren’t treating them right”
