Honestly this is some of worst basketball i have i ever seen. There is no excuse for a 25 point blowout. None. Terrible shot selection.. lazy telegraphed passing causing easy turnovers, jacking up shots. Not crashing the boards for rebounds.. lack of fundamentals.. passing when you are directly under the hoop etc...

These teams are so reliant on jumpshots that they have no other offense when the shots are not falling. Nobody down low to setup with some post moves or something.

Why would the NBA script blowouts tho?
well I suppose blowouts are helping vegas to catch fans emotions, so they could continue betting on the winner, when a blowout happens there is a good amount of people that basically quit on that team, look at coli when there is blowout there are like 5 threads in a hour telling you how that team sucks and series done. Thing is we have seen this year teams coming back from blowout losses, warriors lost by 30 most of yall were talking about warriors being finished and then kd and webstbrook proceeded to play some of the worst selfish basketball ever especially in game 6. Vegas must have made a huge money because fans didnt expect warriors to be down 1-3 and then they didnt expect them to come back from this.

blowout is one of the less betting scenarios because games are supposed to be competitive in the playoffs where both teams supposedly try hard.

There was a point in Game 3 where there was a 2 on 1 fastbreak and Curry passed the ball to a streaking THompson, who ran from the paint back to the 3 point line and jacked up a shot with a man jumping in his face :dead:

Why are NBA teams so bad on the road? As a professional basketball player why would playing on the road make such a difference in the effectiveness on your play? Are MLB & NFL teams getting consistently destroyed in games just because they aren't on their home turf?

The last 4 teams this year (OKC, GS, TOR, CLE) probably have the best home crowds in the NBA. Could be a reason for all the routs by the home teams.
The crowds in Memphis and Miami and Chicago might have something to say about that. I think all these games turn into blowouts because so many teams shoot so many 3's. If someone gets hot, hey can pull away real quick.
