WTF is wrong with companies nowadays?

It's like dealing with a bunch of scam artists. They overcharge you or sneak in rate hikes, then when you catch them, they try to apologize and give you a 6 month discount until they can do it again.

Sirius XM called me last week to upsell me and renew an account since they didn't have a current credit card on that account. This is after i got bullshytted on the radio I needed so i gave zero fukks anyway. Caught the dude in a flat out lie, he gets mad and hangs up.

Today, I see this a$$hole just took the credit card from another account on a different vehicle and charged IT for new services and renewed services on my old radio (that i didn't ask for mind you, I was trying to cancel).

Call them up heated to cancel and NOW this a$$holes are willing to cut rates. I'm so pissed off I want to cancel DirecTV too now.

man just cancel that shyt and get Pandora hacked. if your car doesn't have an aux input you can by an adapter and get it installed for a lil change.

I had Sirius and, while I loved the convenience of it, I had a hard time justifying paying for it when I had 3 smart phones and an aux input at my disposal.

i have sirius xm was about to cancel because the renewal was 220 dollars for the year.. i called they ass saying i need to cancel my account i'm not paying that and dude immediately said i'll give it to u for $85 dollars for the year

i'm like u fools could have easily have it at $85, but what u guys do is hope people accounts automatically renew and when they call back and complain u throw some bullshyt line out to them

Sirius XM always have done that, you can read about it on the net, that bullshyt is only worth $6.95 a year if you ask me.

What was the lie?

He called to renew one vehicle on a separate account because the credit card was expired. I was pissed off because you have to buy a Sirius radio not a sirius/XM radio to get cheaper talk subscriptions, so I said I'm not renewing.

Dude said he would cancel for me, then he said he couldn't do the cancellation, he had to transfer me, then he said he had to give me a separate cancellation number and couldn't transfer me. He also claimed he had to renew both accounts at teh same time by the other vehicle was paid through February. So, I also busted him trying to get me to pay early on both accounts. When i called him out on lying, he hung up.

What got me pissed off is, I said I'm not renewing but he must have transferred my credit card information from the other account to the account I wasn't renewing and charged me to renew BOTH vehicles at the same time.
