You need promethazine to make lean, breh. Codeine is a weak opiate by itself.

Promethazine makes codeine stronger, but by themselves codeine is stronger than promethazine.

You can still get fukked up off codeine alone. These new nikkas don't gaf they just wanna get fukked up

Prometh is just a potentiator. Prometh and codeine is still fairly weak compared to other opiates.

Hydrocodone syrup trumps both. I think it should outsell. I never knew this shyt was easy to access out here. I stopped w/ the drank in 2002 but I know other people like it.
