Listen to the Juan Epstein podcast with Serch. He got Nas the same record deal that Billy Joel had at that time, that's insane for any artist but for a rapper at that time it was unheard of. Nas owns his publishing and always has, Serch just administered it. Don't believe everything Jay-Z says
