With Killarmy, the highlight is the 4th Disciple's (w/ others) production and Killa Sin. 2 of their 3 albums (SWFQW & FL&W) are classics beatwise and DW is very damn good. Now, Killa Sin is the standout MC while the rest range between good, average, bad and godawfulwhythefukkisIslordallowedbymicrophones. So, I could see where the MCs might leave something to be desired but the beats alone make the albums so bumpable.

Sunz has 3 great MCs in KP, Razah & Prodigal Sunn. Early Prodigal can get lost in the mix w/ his more amped/yelling delivery, but by TLSBF, he smoothed out into a great flow/delivery. (And 60 Sec's only good when he's crooning.) While those 3 are all good spitters, some of the problems on that Sunz album was, with less KP involvement, they didn't know how to construct songs so you'd have nice verses over good beats but clunky, wordy hooks that didn't flow. Razah & Prodigal improved after that debut & have dropped dope solo projects but their lone revisit to the Sunz name suffered from weak production.

I remember copping Sunz of Man the last shall be first when it first dropped in 98, I was pretty disappointed, even til this day I tried to like but didn't, there were a couple of dope tracks on there but that's it. How come no one ever talks about Gravediggaz and how dope they were? 4th disciple did some of the sickest tracks for them.

RZA's verse on "Dangerous Minds" is one of my favorite verses of all time.

Everyone verse on dangerous mindz were sick! Poetic killed that shyt, 4th disciple did the beat, one of the sickest beats I have ever heard.
Yeah. I think he got a Hip Hop quotable for that shyt in the Source.
RZA shyt still was my favorite.

That
"Pull out faster than a porcha
Upon a double crosser"
Line was dope to me.

I remember it being quoted in the source! I remember back in 1997 asking my parents to buy me the new Gravediggaz album, Dangerous Mindz video would play on MTV all the time back in 97

My favourite Poetic line from that song

"Escape outta your ducts every time you hear my name
You better duck fate or catch a fukking face full of duct tape
You get smacked like a trick that sniffed off her money
Then smoked like Rzarector with the blunts dipped in honey"

Put some respek on 60's name goddammit

I'm a SOM fiend and over the years he's overtaken Hell Razah as my favorite member.

Pretty much agree with everything else in this post.

Joe Mafia has one of my favorite Wu affiliate tracks off a solo project he put out almost 20 years ago.

gravediggaz the best but they got rza in the group so thats kinda unfair- they were a monster group tho. One of my favorite groups of all time. The first 2 albums classic, especially the first one. Diary of a madman n 1-800-suicide n the whole fukking album crazy. RIP Poetic

big fan of killarmy, sunz of man, wu syndicate, black knights, royal fam

i copped that sunz of man too when it dropped but thought it was dope- was disappointed at first tho

Islord hands down the best solo- hahaha just playing he was so bad people were praying he get locked again so he wouldnt ruin killarmy songs
