shyt is kinda light to me, like that song last year. And the whole marketing for this has been terrible so far. How the fukk you gon have preorders pop up like that when it wasn't even confirmed in the first place. Every interview is still floating in the 'will it even happen stage' :mindblown:
I expect more from 20+ years industry experience.

you gotta understand by now how hard it must be to get 9 rappers together for a few months to record an album on the level of 36 Chambers or Forever. half of them have successful solo careers and half of those half acting careers & other things. some of them don't believe RZA should be the dictator he was in the beginning, for various reasons ranging from ego to wanting more of the old sound instead of RZA's new live sound.

I could do with W quality tbh and I'll be happy with any new decent Wu music, but that's beside the point that the way the album is brought to the public now is at the very least sloppy. There's obviously no professional team behind this thinking the release through. This supposed single will go under the radar of even the bigger hiphop websites (shyt I don't think HHDX even has it in their singles section yet). Alot of members have been talking about how it should be done right, but as of now, fukk all has been done right.

Track been on hhdx, xxlmag, complex, and basically every major hip hop website since Tuesday bro. And getting alot of love. I'm not a big fan of this track but ALOT of people are liking it. And let's not forget...this isn't the final version. Math and Meth confirmed that it's not mixed and mastered and the final version has a different hook and possibly diff drums. Got the potential to be much better.

:what: it's called a leak for a reason. Why do you act like the Wu put this forth as a finished official single when members have said its not finished.

They did put this out like an official, finished single. That's how they're touting it on the wumusicgroup website AND they're selling it as such. Method Man and Mathematics seemed pretty upset that they would put out the unfinished
version on the website.

that chorus is horrible. I like Meth over the beat, GZA sounds awake which is good...but overall after a few more listens...dunno brehs. It's not bad but it sounds...off.

Here's a stupid observation: Rae said he can't work RZA no more, cuz the business is not right. Yet, everytime

Rae speaks of his disdain for RZA, doesn't he know he's only hurting his brand. Only us Wu stan looked for Rae

whenever he dropped material (Immobilarity, Lex Diamond Story, all those mixtapes leading up to OB4CL2),

even if we knew/but couldn't understand RZA or the rest of the clan minimal involvement.

Does he actually think these young lolipop kids are waiting for a new Rae album. No, it's us 90s kids who was

raised by the Wu, that always supported him. But now with his current attitude, he's only messing up his money:yeshrug:

good point. dunno why Rae is doing duets and releasing trap songs. Nobody wants to hear that from him. It seems like every time he does something big, he gets arrogant and fails. CL comes out, is a success...and he decides to say fukk RZA/Wu imma do something on my own. His next albums flop. Then CL2 comes out with RZA/Wu and is a big success. And now he's back in "fukk RZA/Wu imma do something on my own" mode....
