Yea, aight. How's those treatments in the psyche ward going for ya?

:rudy:

f*ck outta here. post some proof that i made those statements.

it aint even gotta be a direct link to the post. just link the thread at least.

36 and the infamous are both of equal stature. their albums are about even down the line.mobb has more albums under mobb deep. wu tang has better material than mobb

I see what you did there

ehh

infamous is a step ahead of 36 chambers.

I try to stay away from threads started by weirdo @Wacky D but I wanted to state this: let's not act that there wasn't a stark decline in quality in Mobb albums after Murda Muzik.

nobody is acting like nothing.

wutang's decline was just as bad.

I disagree with this - the Mobb has always been known for one of the worst fall-offs in hip-hop history.
Also - the Infamous ranks higher than Forever. I'd say HOE as well personally , but I know HOE isn't as widely considered to be a classic.
The W was muuuuuch better than Infamy. We are in agreement on that. Infamy had Handcuffs on it...

hoe is more highly-regarded than forever.

My point was basically that A LOT of misinformed people spread this falsity that Wu hasn't had a good GROUP album since Forever and the Mobb has had a string of classic albums since Murda Muzik and that has to stop.

:what:

the bolded is more chit that nobody said.

stop diggin in ya ass.

A Mob Deep album never gave me a 5 minute lecture in place of a skit, meant to educate instead of entertain.

Wu got classics on albums Wu fans don't even know exist. There are songs on The Swarm just as good as 36 Chambers.
Thats why you try and seperate the mighty killa bee collective, saying they are not really Wu, or the solo albums don't count.

lol. go pick up a book.

and as for the 2nd comment, you can say the same for every artist/group that has spinoffs. why dont they get the same preferrential treatment?

Very difficult choice for me... :mindblown:

The Infamous is one of my favorite albums and one of only a handful that I can listen to straight through. I'd say that Wu-Tang has made stronger contributions to the culture though, so my vote went to them.
