Yeah Im sure your 40+ year old ass has a lot of brain stimulating activities to do besides being on a hip hop forum 24/7:russ:

And as for a rebuttal, MOP is consistently avg. No classic albums. No classic verses. Nothing memorable really aside from 1 or 2 tracks. If you consider screaming on ordinary beats to be dope then hey thats your thing. But I know what you are. You're a butt hurt middle aged man who always goes against the grain to make yourself feel superior and to keep that little notion in your head that " They're the weird ones, not me....." :pachaha:

Now you can go back to jerking off breh:shaq:

MOP is one of the most consistent groups, it's just they are very regional and most people outside of NY stopped checking for them after Warriorz. Actually Firing Squad, 1st Family 4 Life, and Warriorz were a great 3 album run.

As to this argument, I gotta give it to the Wu, the Mobb more great albums than the Wu but there are two things that put the Wu ahead. 1st off 36 Chambers is one of the most cohesive albums ever made made more so impressive cosidering the size and scope of the group. Secondly, their catalogue after the Forever is still pretty solid, the W as an album was average but still had individual bangers and I think Iron Flag and 8 Diagrams are underrated. Mobb Deep after Murda Musik took a severe nosedive, though I think Amerikkkaz Nightmare was much better than people gave it credit for.

Close but I have to pick WU.:patrice:

Sidenote OBCL and Ironman have the gift of being considered both group and solo work imo. Especially OBCL.

*edit* I see the poll is closed. Might have to start tagging these threads man.

this some bullchit
:yeshrug:If Mobb was gonna lose, I'm happy to see them lose to the Wu. The second best group in the tournament. I'm now throwing my considerable influence (:troll:) behind the Wu. No one can beat those first seven group albums from 93-97. :blessed:
Wu Tang Killa Bees! We on the Swarm!!:blessed::blessed:

No Father To MY Style.. A Son Unique
Well their releases post Warriorz were not official albums in the sense that they were basically the material recorded during the roc a fella deal (marxmen cinema) and the g unit deal (salutes the st. Marxmen), both very dope IMO, until the first real actual new album 'foundation' came out a few years ago. It was excellent as usual.

They did drop a dud called 'Sparta' after that with those garbage kraut producers the snowgoons afterwards but I just pretend that album doesn't exist.

Also, Fame destroyed the Fizzyology album with Term.
i never understood how fame out there KILLIN beats for projects like those wu tang chambermusik/legendary weapons/man wit iron fist shyts, but then made an entuire album wit snow goons... ugh

*edit: duh... they prolly rich kids wit mad euros, they paying mad dudes for verses.. they aint poppin like that so thatsw my guess

Yeah. German wiggers that must have bread. Super agro keep it real beats. keep it real corny and CAC-y.

Fame, as i've said for years, is low key a hip hop genius. He's a mega talent. I'm anticipating the new MOP stuff as much as anything else slated to drop this year. that new video over tears for fears is awesome.
