In order to make sure wu dont win it all, they gotta throw extra rules on em. People look at the wu albums as they dont realiz still what rza did ... Those were all group albums. Rza and an artist went into the studio each n every time n created a wu album. You cant seperate that fact. What makes clan in da front more of a wutang sonh than daytona 500 or gambinos? Im not allowed to count those songs? Ice water? Shadow boxin?

In that regard wu always owned mobb deep. If im ignoring all prior history n only countin group albums. Well, i gotta say its a wash first 3 albums, each group was equal as far as albums by group name on paper. We counting mobbs real first album right? Its almost equal. Mobb deep has a superior unreleased catalog. But so does wu.

Its impossible for me to negate songs like 4th chanber when determining who should go. So its wu

and when i compared their discogs, i wasnt comparing their 1st 3 albums. i was comparing their best 3.

The rules have been the same for every matchup breh.
I think it goes without saying the Wu got it if you factor in the solos.
But that's not what's at issue here.

Method Man was released by Wu-Tang Clan.
Look - I understand your logic. And it does seem particularly burdensome for the Wu (at least with regard to the first run of solo albums). But the rules are the rules. The most logical way to do this is to consider group material. Otherwise am I considering Primo's outside production when I think about Gangstarr? It's a slippery slope.
We have been asked to pick which groups based on material released under the group name.
I'm as big a Mobb fan as there is - and even I've conceded that its Wu if you factor in the solos. Easily.
But again - that's not what we are picking here.
