No Father To MY Style.. A Son Unique
btw, this seems like it set a record for the highest price a piece of music was ever sold for...

wu tang forever?

for those that dont know, cilvaringz basically had a thread on the wutangcorp forum detailing the making of this album. its basically the dream wu tang album with every member and killa bee anyone ever fukked with.he made live streams showing 60 plus beats which a lot fo them amde the cd, and the beats were ill.he is no doubt a talented producer. hes not rza but he did something special with this though he handled this ALL wrong from the jump

the album is no doubt most likely incredible. dude even went on to say how he made clan members rerecord several times to get it right, sokunding like a 95-96-97 era album

this was the dream wu album everyone wanted and they did this shyt.. cilva in particular to lace his pockets based on work other men put in. dude is a glorfied wu tang fan and somehow fleeced the wu for all the work they put in over the years...

i cant respect cilvaringz but he lives in morrocco and got a million coming his way, we'll prolly neve rhear from him again. a conartist thru and thru... i remember when he shyt on remedy for being a jew and stealing a song... guess remedy was right. dude cilvaringz a fukkin fraud.

Ya I heard Bone was trying to do the same thing. I've heard some snippets and it does sound Foreverish. Def their best work since 2000. Wasn't cilva working on this album for like 6 years. He's the epitome of wu fanboy so maybe he crafted a classic album the fans wanna hear.

Better to reign in Hell than serve in Heaven
Now all we gotta do is get that person to rip it for the internets

shyt if they paid a milli plus for the record, they can pay the fine for leaking it.
Much respect to the Wu

But the fact that they made a rule that the shyt don't get heard till long after they're all gone pretty much certifies this shyt is absolute trash

Nobody gonna wanna hear this shyt in 88 weeks, let alone years

Album wouldn't be released for 88 years? :mjlol:

if i was ugod or masta killa or even rae of ghost, i would sue cilvaringz for a percentage of that for falsley obtaining their vocals. He paid for their vocals under the guise of them doing work for his album. What he did was trick them into recording a wutang album and then pocketing all the bread? They BETTER sue if they dont get a cut. Its a sad day when a cac muslim gets mpore paper for an album whos groups name was made of those guys struggle.

if this is how black people feel abouit white people stealing shyt from them, i understand. Dude tricked all those people into thinking they working on a throwaway album so im guessing they charged him for that price. i bet if they knew it would be a wutang album they woulda asked for more bread This is a travesty if those 10 men arent paid 100k a piece.

i hope someone brings this point across to some of the members, i woud like to see what they say
let me try to clear a few things up

first off.... it cannot be SOLD FOR PROFIT for 88 years... the guy can GIVE IT AWAY right this second if he wants to

he can also choose to NEVER sell it

and another thing about this, is the box... which is custom and hand done by some super famous guy.... so that goes into the price too... like that louis 14th drink is so expensive cause of the crystal bottle and not the liquor

another thing.... you don't get shyt off albums unless you got the paperwork

meth don't get a check off what biggie sold.... he got money up front for the record, did the record, and signed the ownership to bad boy... so he gets publishing and writing credit... but you don't get residuals like it's some tv show and shyt..... every million sales you get another check and shyt..... nah

now if i ask jay to be on my album.... he can request points (percents) on my album in exchange... that's something you do for big nikkas... cause they can actually make my shyt sale more than i can...

anyways... everyone on that album would have had to sign contracts... on those contracts it would state where these vocals are going, for what album, etc etc etc.... that way you can't use my 1 vocal set, to put out 15 albums wit the same verse.... you have to specify

problem goes back to..... what if he named this "civilringz presents..........." on the contract.... well he can give it away free, sell it for 9.99 or sell it for 15 million...

you got paid already.. you signed over the rights... it's not your album... so you don't get to dictate what i sell it for and what my profit margin is... you got paid already... goodbye

now why am i so harsh on wu for this... THEY ALL OWNED WU-TANG AS A NAME!!!

and at some point they all said fukk rza... and asked out their deals with him.... and he said ok i got you, but wu-tang is mine in exchange.... AND THEY fukkING SIGNED IT

you can't boo hoo for nikkas who will sign anything... and say fukk the shyt they already signed... then get mad when they hustled themselves out of millions...

same shyt lox did... sign fukked up deal... cry about it and beg out... get out in exchange for publishing.... then cry about losing publishing

nikka you making these deals.... it's your own damn fault... who in their right mind would say fukk the rights to the wu tang name

He paid for their vocals... Nobody put a gun to their head. They've already been compensated ...

RZA also orchestrated this....where's ya outrage at him ?

He literally gave these dusty n!ggas careers... So if he wants to use Wu tang. Let him.
