ghostface smacked Krayzie Bone into next week...and unlike the 50Cent shyt....that is NOT a false rumor.
false rumor that nobody has ever heard but wutang fans.

those types of dudes talked all that chit back in the day, but I always knew a lot of them just did it out of jealousy.

the roots, black starr, wutang, etc etc.

When they say that?
And as for them jumping on a drake track it ain't a big deal. They veteran rappers that been in the game 20 years and getting homage tracks ( even though it wasn't really anything more than drake tryna get in with the "hip hop heads" track) made by the biggest rapper in the game today, Off course they'd wanna jump on that track.
And like someone else said in this thread what keeping it real at 20 was is different from what keeping it real at 40 is to them. People grow and change.
And I think you mistaking what backpackers ( who usually all love wu tang and are the "keeping it real" crowd) think for what wu themselves think. They've collabed with rnb artists since the early 90's. There fans are worse than them when it comes to that "keeping it real" shyt.

I don't think they ever had any real beef between each other, it was probably more just competitive jealousy. Bone came out after them if we don't count the FOD album and were pretty much the biggest rappers in the world at that time just as popular as pac, biggie. snoop etc

probably that too but they had REAL beef off-wax as well. and yea, I didn't catch it until somebody on here brought it to my attention, but krayzie dissed them on "aint said no names".

man, yall trying to compare this to people settling down and having different approaches to life. nah. we're talking about their outlook on the art. that should never change. the only thing that changed is that theyre thirstier for money & attention than they were back then. I don't buy into it. at least make some sort of retraction.

Im not confusing wutang with their fans. im going by what a lot of them said out of their mouths. do you not remember the tirades they went on circa "wutang forever"?

and I have no clue why yall keep bringing up collaborations with r&b artists. what does that have to do with anything?

jump on the track for what? you know how many people pay homage to artists, and the artists never jump on the track? wutang included. these dudes is just trying to get some new mainstream shine.

I agree. One of Meth's most popular songs is with a R B singer, also Rae recently did a song with Melonie Fiona.

And Meth was on AEOM, its safe to say Pac was a commercial rapper right before AEOM dropped.

people like Inspectah Deck, U-god etc have always been irrelevant as solo artists.
Even Gza, he was relevant during the beginning. Meth, ODB, Ghost and Rza were the people that kept it cooking solo. Rae re-upped his game big time with OB4CL2.
But Wu-tang as a group will forever be relevant, just like Rolling stones. They might not sell a lot but their old shyt will always be super appreciated, therefore they can sell out tours like nothing.

In any event, Deck has all the right in the world to voice his opinion on something baring the Wu-tang name. Maybe not by law, but he's got the right.
He did not hate, Drake stans spammed his shyt though and he started sounding a bit like a hater which is understandable. Anyways, looking forward to this classic :ahh:.
It's been a minute since I heard some of these dudes.

as you can tell by Deck not even knowing that the rest of the wu supposedly even did verses over this shyt.. the wu collective isnt what it used to be.. hence.. why they need to worry about themselves.. and jump on tracks with drake if they gave a fukk about the WU COLLECTIVE.. deck would of been there spitting a verse to
