We defintely need that NXT career mode where u start from the bottom as a generic CAW with limited ability, attire options, entrance pyro etc. Make it so you have loads of unlockables like move-sets, finishing moves, attires as you progress through your career. I remember one of the UFC games being like this. You also could train at the performance centre-maybe incorporate mini games that help you develop your character just to add something unique and fresh to the series. Hopefully a career mode has a lot of flexibility in that you can choose your tag team partners, factions, enemies etc by interfering in whatver matches you like etc.
