They really recycled the same persona cards from last year, and put them as lowkey microtransactions. They saw how popular straight edge Punk was so they put him as a easy unlock in world tour mode, but Becky 18, Gable 16, Orton 09, and Rock 24 have to be earned with certain cards.

TBF the game is just 2K23 with bells and whistles. The moment my Universe mode starting going to shyt from AI not pinning each other, crashes, and the game being held hostage by Myfaction, I vowed to not cop another 2K game as long as I am climbing the tree.
And then I got a PS5 and seen the changes compared to the PC version
