I didn't know Austin was that bad. I knew about the wife beating but this was on a whole another level. Pretty much every wrestler I grew up watching as a fan in the 90's turned out to be jerks, racists, and murderers. Hogan, Warrior, Austin, Michaels (before Christ), Benoit, and others. The only ones that haven't destroyed their legacies to me have been Bret HitGOAT Hart and Sting
