Do you have links to 03 and 04?Here is a before and after sample of a Raw episode after the audio was remastered. Every Raw and Smackdown that i have before 03' has this video quality. And everything after 2003 is DVD quality.

Sorry for not making it clear. The only Raw's i have on Bluray are 97,'98' & 99'. Then I have Raw's from 00'-04' that are NOT on bluray but are DVD quality that i got from here: Wrestling Dvd Archives: WRESTLING TV SEASONS
You can just shoot the guy an email under the CONTACT ME tab and he'll take care of you. He has EVERYTHING that's aired it seems. He only charged me $55 a piece for Raw 00'-04' no lie. Was a good deal to me
And i didn't purchase all this shyt at once 
it was over the course of a year that i accumulated the collection i have now. Good deal to me.
