What? You have to be willfully obtuse to say this when there are a plethora of examples, not just in wrestling, where that's the case. There's a clear delineation in taking a loss so unless you're just removing context, it's not all the same.

A team getting blown out vs a 2 pt loss at the end. A boxer losing by decision by a few points that are generally variable across the board vs a KO. Jeff Hardy vs Taker. All losses are not equal.

You're making 2 different arguments. First you claimed that being strong in defeat was basically nonsense. Then you shifted to it being garbage when applied to decisions you disagree with.

I already addressed the original but obviously I can't argue your emotions on the outcome of a match.
