That’s 6 matches not including announcements.
If the battle royal makes the card then it’s an opener.

They may not even have enough matches for a kick-off match, everything likely to make the main card.

So the WWE had months to put a all Women’s Card toghether and the best they could come up with for the main roster is:


Rousey vs Bella (a newbie & part-timer…credit to Rhonda for making major strides)

Bliss & James vs Lita & Trish (3 pre-diva wrestlers & a modern day diva)

Becky vs Charlotte (the only match they’ve built properly)

And everyone else on the main roster is in a battle royal? (wtf) that’s literally shytting on 75-90% of the roster.

Part-timers, retired wrestlers and NXT wrestlers will get more time to shine than wreslters like Sashas, Bayley, Asuka & Noami who have paid their dues and the orginators of the women's revolution.

Ticket sales for WWE’s all-female PPV, Evolution, had not thought to be going well but that has all changed once WWE announced Ronda Rousey vs Nikki Bella for the WWE Raw Women’s Title, which will likely serve as the headliner.

Dave Meltzer reported in the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that sales spiked after WWE announced the match. “The announcement of Rousey vs. Nikki Bella last week did lead to a surge in ticket sales for the Nassau Coliseum show and it is expected to sell out,” wrote Meltzer.
