I don't buy this. The way she acted like she was proud and then the other divas didn't really want to accept her tell me it was a troll. Dave doesn't catch the little details sometimes, probably because WWE doesn't usually even have subtlety but to me it was something subtle to set up a future angle.

keep in mind they also have to do certain little things like those reactions on wwe tv for total divas storylines, pretty sure they're turning this "road to wm" with eva getting on the main roster to a storyline for TD next season

They really brought out Eva Marie on the Mania go home show and expected a face reaction

They always try to say that their core audience isnt aware of most NXT people, but they expect Eva who has had less than 10 matches to elicit a good response? They legit shoulda just brought Bayley out.

Its a shame Eva gonna get a Mania check....i low key cant wait to see this on Total Divas but i dont think the show will last long enough to document it.

I don't believe this at all. She was clearly an oblivious heel whose teammates hated her and even the commentators were negative towards her, yet she thought everyone was cheering for her. There is no way everyone was just improving all of that.

This is one of those things where Meltzer is just talking on the radio/podcasts and it is taken as something he's reporting instead of just filling time and rambling.
