Vince is back to support the Big Show like it's 1999 again? Goodness gracious..as for the main event stuff? They did that to themselves by being lazy and forgetting how to stretch out a face storyline where the hero doesn't superman every week ala Cena against the Nexus. The ONLY reason the Shield are credible is because they've been kept away from Cena...Rock and Taker put them over and didn't even call for a payback. Cena? You know damn well if he gets laid out, their getting destroyed by Cena no later than Survivor Series one by one. In the middle of the ring. Likely with no help.

While it's semi true, fans aren't accustomed to letting long range storylines play out anymore and a lot of that is their fault, WAY too much wrestling on TV to draw things out like it at least appears they wanted to do with DBry's tittle chase, they've programmed folks to want microwave food instead of course meals. I still don't like the herky jerky title in abeyance shyt, Randy as a chickenshyt heel who does everything to delay a one on one with Bryan woulda been the way to go. Nonetheless looks like the panic button is at least starting to be gently pressed, things seem so cluttered on TV at the moment.

They really blew it with this storyline.
This could have been WWE's equivalent of Crisis on Infinite Earths, where the universe is reset and we can get back to the days where people are actually over and the heels aren't chickenshyt and actually get booed.
Instead we got this huge clusterfukk and Cena's getting rushed back not even halfway through his recovery. This shyt is Invasion status right now.

Some dirt sheets are saying Cena's return is just a one time thing for storyline proposes and he will be back full time by Royal Rumble...hopefully that's true cuz I remember reading somewhere that they were gonna be back Cena this month in some way..
