The main thing the E needs to do to lengthen the roster is use jobbers more like in the 80's. That will cut down alot on the repeat matches and showcase the current talent more instead of 2/3 of the roster looking like trash now. Also, its a way to find a diamond on the rough or sneak in a new talent and let them grow.

I think that method worked very well in the 80s/ early 90s and needs to be brought back. We need some Iron Mike Sharpe/ Barry Horowitz type cats. Even sneak a couple of these cruiserweights on the roster that way

Definitely need to bring back the full time jobbers. It's crazy how in the early to mid 90's I hated seeing them but now in 2016 I miss them and realize they really served their purpose. We need millennium versions of Barry Horowitz, Jerry Flynn, Iron Mike Sharpe, etc
