It doesn't matter if it was a good match wrestling wise. Some of the matches on this list were not that good of a match. What it meant for the entire landscape of WWE and wrestling in general it was extremely significant

The result of that match changed the landscape of wrestling but i definitely understand why it didn't make the list. I think this list was aimed towards match quality opposed to impact. Stone cold even stated that it could have been better if it wasnt for Michaels back.
