disney cant use any of the characters that universal studios orlando has at their park and cant make a marvel rides with in 60 miles of universal studios orlando

Nah it's still there. Along with the whole Simpsons Land.

Disney CAN NOT open a Marvel themed park due to Universal owning the rights. Disney can get away with some Marvel stuff here and there but can't dedicate a whole park or section to Marvel.

Planning and announcing are two different things.

Disney can't even use "Marvel" in some of their titles. They can do things like GOTG in California cuz it's not in FLA, but they can't go overboard.
