Haven't been paying attention, what are they doing with Ricky? I thought he'd have more of a buzz after making the jump. I think they should've let him skip NXT.
I also think they've also dropped the ball with Ethan Page, but so did AEW. I think he's a good midcard heel with potential to be more. Someone you could build around as IC/US/TNT champion, but there's still plenty of time for that. I just think he should be treated as a bigger deal (yeah, I know he was NXT champ for a bit, but it doesn't seem like people really cared from what I've read).

They wanted to put Ricky in NXT because Mania plans were already set yet they put Fenix directly on the main roster and gave him a Mania match, though admittedly he was a fill-in for that match if I remember correctly
Trick urgently gotta come up, he’s not gonna ever get better than he is now without wrestling better guys

Well the guys he’d face in TNA definitely are better than what’s in NXT so it can be a positive if they want it to be
