Haven't been paying attention, what are they doing with Ricky? I thought he'd have more of a buzz after making the jump. I think they should've let him skip NXT.

I also think they've also dropped the ball with Ethan Page, but so did AEW. I think he's a good midcard heel with potential to be more. Someone you could build around as IC/US/TNT champion, but there's still plenty of time for that. I just think he should be treated as a bigger deal (yeah, I know he was NXT champ for a bit, but it doesn't seem like people really cared from what I've read).

Nothing is wrong with either of them,it's just that NXT's male midcard is lackluster. Ethan had a good run, but after you've feuded with NXTs top stars and won the belt, there's not much left for you to do. He should be called up after Battleground.

Ricky has no one notable really to feud with as a midcard babyface. We care about his feud with Ego because Ego is currently the *only* top heel of the brand.

Two guys alone aren't going to save a weak division. I think it's a bit unfair to blame them tbh. They've made the most of their time so far, but there's only so much you can do when just about everyone else is mid
