Stephanie taking credit for the "women's revolution" is like someone turning on their windshield wipers in a rainstorm and patting themselves on the back for being so clever.

shyt is cringey like when they called what was going on with D.Bry the "Yes movement" so they could almost act like they wrote it in :beli:

But I guess it could be worse... they are actually doing stuff with the women now :manny:

You were doing pretty good until the Charlotte comment... I think her being the first champ was the right move

Sasha got her moment
It wasn't the right move...it was a "save face" move after she bombed as the blonde Flair face they wanted her to be and they kept Sasha off TV to make it seem like Charlotte was shining as champion all year. The fans wanted Sasha from the get go and wanted her on top....period. The rest is just horse shyt.

I didn't care for any agenda, in the WWE there's always an agenda. But the booking was bad and the division stagnated for like half a year and still hasn't totally found its groove so I don't know why WWE is pumping their chest out about it. Not only that but it took them 10 years to finally hire, groom, and put the spotlight on quality female talent? So they admit they were fukking up for an entire decade?
Admit? All you had to do to ruin Linda's campaign to be Senator was show this

The "women's revolution" just makes me feel bad for Chyna. I know she had her issues like 90 percent of them do but still.

She should be celebrated as a crown jewel of all this because she broke ground they'll never be able to walk on again (holding a men's title etc) there was a point where had she been in the main event of a PPV it would've been accepted as normal.

WWE had "Ronda Rousey" 10 years before there was a Ronda Rousey

I agree with most of this thread but especially this. I hate that WWE acts like Ronda was the catalyst when Serena was pushing excellence a decade before Ronda even won the Olympic gold medal.

Triple H is the one most responsible if people want to fling credit around.

I was ready to come in here and bury this, but I guess it's only cause of the way the title was written. Fully agree after reading the OP. The WWE is basically patting themselves on the back for doing something they should have already been doing.

theres no forced agenda when it comes to the womens division being revolutionized, the shyt is real

the agenda comes when they try to give people like stephanie mcmahon and the bella twins credit when the real driving force was the nxt divas and the fans getting tired of the bellas to the point where the divas shyt became a trending topic on twitter and wwe couldnt ignore it anymore.. aj lee calling out stephanie on twitter as well

to act like stephanie woke up one day and decided that shes gonna make a change is bullshyt, wwe's hand was literally forced and they TRIED to do it their own way by making nikki and charlotte the faces of it until the fans bombarded the matches with "we want sasha" chants

100% spot on. It's just the WWE's way of trying to re-write history, when the Bellas actually played a major role in women's wrestling bottoming out. People tend to forget that these Bella hoes were out of the WWE for a year. It took them sitting ringside at independent shows to take a look at themselves in the mirror to realize how shytty they were in comparison to actual women's wrestlers. The most annoying thing is these two broads learned how to do 3 more moves to be a little bit more than passable in the ring, and people treat them like they're Dean Malenko and Benoit or some shyt. Them attempting to portray Nikki as some powerhouse was :mjlol::martin: "THE RACK ATTACK, NO ONE gets up from that" "what a KNOCKOUT FOREARM by Nikki". Man please :mjlol::mjlol:
