So you need Peacock for the Network? Netflix for RAW? Anoe espn platform for ppvs?

This is where I get off, unfortunately.

I rarely rarely bought ppvs back in the day bc that was $50. It wasn't worth the return.

Network was great deal, Peqcock still is. This however is NOT. I will sub for Mania month and that's it

It’s ridiculous.

These bozos went out of their way to build the network with MLB doing all the heavy lifting and it was a gamble that started to pay off

But I can see why they made the peacock deal.

Having to jump to 3 or 4 services to watch the content is a kick in the face to fans who ALREADY were jumping from fox to USA to the network for PPVs — PLUS going to some live events and copping merch.

With the TKO muscle they could’ve doubled down on the WWE network and ate well and started to gobble up these smaller promotions and giving them streaming slots to air their events.

These cats just care about their upfront $$$ on these massive deals and don’t think about their built in fan base that would have no issue spending a ton time on the network instead of looking up highlights — old and new — on YouTube.

Basically.

I only got peacock for WWE. Never watched it for anything other that that and track and field.

Back to pirating EVERYTHING.
I already had it, since it's Olympics and CFB coverage is pretty elite...and with NBA, it's a good platform with legit 4K.

But I just *will not* give ESPN $30/mo for bad quality resolution, abhorrent announcers, bias and absolute bullshyt, IDGAF what they air

I’m not giving ESPN shīt because you know in 3 years they will jack up the price and I just don’t see some magical value in ESPN.

If people who already have access to ESPN’s channel won’t have to pay extra then fine, but I’m not paying an extra $30 if that wasn’t the case. And knowing how money hungry they are, I won’t be surprised if that changes in a year or two

Also from the limited amount of streaming I have done with ESPN, I was not impressed by the quality

If we’re honest most of these PLEs are mediocre and full of ads… only reason it’s fine is because it’s dirt cheap on peacock

I ain’t subscribing to no damn espn, watch wrestling. Com is gonna make a comeback

This.

Two to three years ago, WWE PLEs were legit great and almost felt like a steal

Back in the 2010s, $10 for the Network shows felt like a steal

In 2025 these PLEs are awful, the in-ring product is subpar outside of maybe one or two matches a show, the wait times between matches are ridiculously long and it’s just Michael Cole reading ads for 15-20 minutes

“hey *social media influencer* is in the crowd!”
“hey *local celebrity* is in the crowd!”
“hey *Netflix celebrity* is in the crowd!”
“*name of PLE* is sponsored by *insert sponsor and show mascot in the crowd*”

And other PR bullshyt to fill time

Then the crowd is dead for most of the show cause they’ve been conditioned to only pop for the “moment” and the main events are mostly Russo-esque fukk finishes

I wouldn’t mind paying $30 if it was worth it, it’s not.

Triple H said the PLEs are gonna be even bigger in 2026, but I don’t care about that, big 4 shows should sell themselves, you don’t need all the bells and whistles, the question is, will the quality of the show be better?

Yeah, at least that sweetens the deal of this nonsensical ass deal.

Here's the issue with the $30 a month.

I'm not going to use it most of the time. I kept it for 9.99 or slightly more on Peacock but barely uaed it...but if I WANTED to, it's there to use.

Not paying $30 i may go a month without watching other than the ppv
