You know, at the beginning of every pay per view and in PPV promos, they have this old guy say "And now, WWE presents.......WrestleMania!" or something like that?

Does anyone know who it is? I've been trying to find out who it is for months but everybody online is completely clueless.

I know for a fact that it's not Keith David or Ed Wiegle because their voices are completely different and they do other voiceover gigs for the company.
