Everything on Television is hitting its lowest ratings ever

Most networks know that but as I said above ratings are based on people who haven't cut the cord yet. So it's kind of a bad look for Vince that VH1 shows beat RAW every week.

No matter how low the viewers, RAW used to always be the most watched cable show on TV (besides MNF).
